We provide advice and assistance in the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship Appointments together with advice in connection with all areas of estate planning.
Our wills and estates section is headed by Abigail Bindoff who has extensive experience in drafting wills, obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration and administering deceased estates. As a former member of the Guardianship and Administration Board Abigail is able to advise in connection with elder law issues.
We also provide executor and estate administration services where it is not possible or appropriate to appoint an individual or corporate trustee to administer the estate.
